Xóa Alo, giữ tài khoản VoiceTube.

Bạn có thể xóa hồ sơ và dữ liệu Alo mà không làm mất tài khoản VoiceTube dùng chung cho các sản phẩm khác.

1. Yêu cầu này xóa những gì

Yêu cầu xóa áp dụng cho dịch vụ Alo: hồ sơ Alo, liên kết danh tính VoiceTube–Alo, ảnh đại diện Alo, cài đặt ngôn ngữ, token thông báo, từ đã ghi nhớ, quyền truy cập cuộc trò chuyện và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan.

Tài khoản VoiceTube chính không bị xóa. Bạn vẫn có thể dùng tài khoản đó cho các sản phẩm VoiceTube khác.

2. Cách bắt đầu xóa trong Alo

  1. Đăng nhập đúng tài khoản VoiceTube trong Alo.
  2. Mở Hồ sơ → Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu Alo.
  3. Đọc phạm vi xóa, xác nhận lần cuối và gửi yêu cầu.
  4. Alo đăng xuất tài khoản và hiển thị trạng thái yêu cầu. Bạn sẽ nhận hướng dẫn bổ sung nếu cần xác minh.

Nếu không thể mở ứng dụng, hãy dùng địa chỉ hỗ trợ bên dưới. Bộ phận hỗ trợ sẽ yêu cầu xác minh danh tính trước khi xử lý và sẽ không yêu cầu mật khẩu.

3. Điều gì xảy ra sau khi xác nhận

  • Quyền truy cập Alo dừng ngay lập tức. Phiên đăng nhập, token thông báo và phiên micrô／dịch đang hoạt động bị thu hồi hoặc dừng.
  • Trong 30 ngày tiếp theo, hồ sơ, lịch sử và số phút Alo của bạn bị khóa nhưng chưa bị xóa vĩnh viễn. Đăng nhập lại bằng đúng danh tính VoiceTube để xem hạn chót và chọn hủy yêu cầu.
  • Nếu bạn hủy trước khi quá trình xóa vĩnh viễn bắt đầu, hồ sơ và số phút Alo còn lại được mở lại. Phiên micrô cũ và thông báo đang chờ sẽ không tự khởi động lại.
  • Sau hạn 30 ngày, Alo xóa hoặc khử định danh vĩnh viễn hồ sơ, ảnh đại diện, liên kết danh tính, tin nhắn, từ đã ghi nhớ và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan; số phút Alo còn lại bị thu hồi.

Khi quá trình xóa vĩnh viễn đã bắt đầu, yêu cầu không thể hủy. Sau khi hoàn tất, cùng tài khoản VoiceTube có thể tạo hồ sơ Alo mới, nhưng lịch sử và quyền cũ không tự phục hồi. Việc xóa tài khoản không tự tạo yêu cầu hoàn tiền.

4. Dữ liệu có thể cần giữ lại

VoiceTube có thể giữ hồ sơ giao dịch, bảo mật, chống gian lận, kế toán hoặc bằng chứng xử lý yêu cầu trong thời gian pháp luật và vận hành hợp lý yêu cầu. Dữ liệu giữ lại bị giới hạn quyền truy cập và không được dùng để tiếp tục cung cấp hồ sơ Alo đã xóa.

Alo có thể giữ một bản ghi kỹ thuật không chứa nội dung để chứng minh yêu cầu đã được xử lý, cùng một thành viên ẩn danh tối thiểu khi cần duy trì tính toàn vẹn quan hệ của cuộc trò chuyện. Bản ghi này không còn liên kết đăng nhập VoiceTube hoặc quyền truy cập Alo.

5. Không thể dùng tùy chọn trong ứng dụng?

Gửi email từ địa chỉ gắn với tài khoản VoiceTube và ghi rõ “Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu Alo”. Không gửi mật khẩu, access token hoặc nội dung cuộc trò chuyện.

1. What this request deletes

The request covers the Alo service: your Alo profile, VoiceTube-to-Alo identity link, Alo avatar, language settings, push tokens, remembered terms, conversation access, and related personal data.

Your primary VoiceTube account is not deleted. You can continue using it with other VoiceTube products.

2. Start deletion inside Alo

  1. Sign in to the correct VoiceTube account in Alo.
  2. Open Profile → Account → Delete Alo account and data.
  3. Read the deletion scope, confirm again, and submit the request.
  4. Alo signs out and shows the request state. You will receive further instructions if identity verification is needed.

If you cannot access the app, use the support address below. Support will verify identity before processing and will never ask for your password.

3. What happens after confirmation

  • Alo access stops immediately. Login sessions, push tokens, and active microphone／translation sessions are revoked or stopped.
  • For the next 30 days, your Alo profile, history, and remaining minutes are locked but not permanently deleted. Sign in again with the same verified VoiceTube identity to see the deadline and cancel the request.
  • If you cancel before permanent deletion starts, your Alo profile and remaining minutes are restored. Old microphone sessions and pending notifications do not restart.
  • After the 30-day deadline, Alo permanently deletes or de-identifies your profile, avatar, identity link, messages, remembered terms, and related personal data; remaining Alo minutes are revoked.

Once permanent deletion starts, the request cannot be cancelled. After it finishes, the same VoiceTube account may create a fresh Alo profile, but deleted history and access do not return. Account deletion does not itself create a refund request.

4. Records that may be retained

VoiceTube may retain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or deletion-request evidence for a legally and operationally reasonable period. Access is restricted and retained records are not used to continue the deleted Alo profile.

Alo may keep a content-free technical receipt proving that the request was processed and a minimal anonymous participant tombstone where needed for conversation relationship integrity. Neither retains a VoiceTube login link or Alo access.

5. Cannot use the in-app option?

Email from the address associated with the VoiceTube account and use the subject “Alo data deletion request.” Do not send a password, access token, or conversation content.
